JELLY WINE

You'll need:
10 | gelatine leaves |
500 ml | white or rosé wine |
300 ml | white grape juice |
500 g | fresh raspberries |
50 g | sugar |

You can mix different fruits in the cup.
Preparation

Step 1
Chop the gelatine leaves and hydrate with 100 ml water.

Step 2
Add half the white or rosé wine and the grape juice and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat.

Step 3
Add the rest of the wine and mix.

Step 4
Add the hydrated gelatine and mix until it is completely dissolved.

Step 5
Add a few raspberries to the cups and cover with the wine juice.

Step 6
Refrigerate for 15 hours and remove just before serving.
