Mon Chou Croûtons with fruit chutney
Cheese - The Netherlands
You'll need:
8 large slices | diagonally sliced baguette |
8 slices | Mon Chou cheese (or 1 piece, ca. 160 -180 g) |
2 | soft diced pears |
1 | ripe diced papaya |
100 g | sugar |
1 | cinnamon stick |
1 twig | rosmary, without needles |
1/4 L | white wine |
1/8 L | mild vinegar |
1/2 | red diced pepper |
2 - 3 tablespoons | honey |
1 leaf | gelatine, soaked in cold water |
Our tip
Instead of pears, other fruits such as raspberries, brambles, aubergines and even red peppers can be used and simply mixed. However, in some cases, the cooking time would have to be prolonged a little.
