Advocaat pudding

Dessert - Mexico

You'll need:

1/2 L advocaat
1/2 L milk
50 g sugar
12 leaves gelatine, soaked in cold water
Mint leaves for decoration

Our tip

Bailey's Irish Cream or Grand Marnier can be used instead of Advocaat.


  • Step 1

    Mix the milk, sugar and Advocaat and bring to the boil and remove from the stove.

  • Step 2

    Squeeze out the gelatine leaves, add to the mix and stir well.

  • Step 3

    Portion into glasses and place in the fridge for 2 hours.

  • Step 4

    Decorate with the mint leaves.
