Chef Angélica Vitali is one of the leading specialists in molecular gastronomy in the world.

Born in São Caetano do Sul (SP), the ex-publicist decided to change her profession about 10 years ago to do what she likes most: cooking. She completed her specialization in Portugal and Spain, where she became a disciple of Ferran Adrià, exponent of molecular gastronomy. Passionate about experimenting in the kitchen, Angélica became better known nationally after participating in the 2017 edition of MasterChef Professionals TV program.

The chef's website, Gastrô Brasil Gastronomia, also commercializes ingredients, equipment, utensils, courses and events related to modern cuisine.
